About the Role MTVH are looking for a Clerk of Works to provide a high-quality inspection and quality control service across our development projects. Working within the Construction team, you will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will carry out site inspections, monitor construction progress, and provide technical support to Development teams, helping to ensure that completed homes meet MTVH standards and all regulatory requirements. Therefore, as part of the team, you will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle. You will attend site meetings, identify and report quality issues, support defect management, and act as MTVH's representative during inspections, handovers, and remedial works, ensuring excellent outcomes for our customers and developments.
