Due to continued growth and a recently secured leisure development, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join the project team and take responsibility for the commercial management of the scheme from procurement through to final account. The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of a leisure construction project, ensuring financial targets are achieved while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
