They have a top class multi million pound project portfolio, dealing with super prime high end residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a self-build property developer working along side some of the best talent on the market. This role entails reporting to the Managing Director and Commercial Director, you will support site development and the attainment of targets by ensuring/managing: commercial cost appraisals and viability/ feasibility analysis; the procurement of sub-contractors, materials and goods; the preparation and monitoring of site costs and budgets; and site set-up health and safety and including all technical, engineering and architectural aspects of the business from land acquisition through to site completions and final adoptions. Our client is currently looking for an individuals who has had experience dealing with super prime high-end residential projects, high end refurbishments, new build and fit out projects for exclusive and prestigious clientele. Main Duties: Support and mentoring of junior staff. Maximise profitability on contracts. Monitoring contract costs against budgets. Identifying potential risks and evaluate options for control. Preparation of estimates. Procurement of sub-contractors, including preparation of sub contract documents. Assessment and certification of interim and final payments to subcontractors. Preparation and agreeing main contract variations. Assist in the preparation of documents for resolution of disputes (adjudications / arbitrations and the like). Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedure. Must haves: Ambitious individual with great communication skills, who is confident with a flexible approach. Demonstrate innovative approaches to problem solving and the ability to negotiate across the various levels of any construction environment. Handle the financial and mathematical demands of the role by possessing impressive numeracy and IT skills. Experience as a SQS working with the NEC form of contract. The role will report into the Senior QS. Our client is seeking applications from candidates with experience of major residential developments (RC Frame, High Rise). In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 45k - 50k + full package and bonus system.

You will lead all the M&E packages circa 30m+ Ideally looking for this individual to have the following: Experience in installing major infrastructure (energy centre). Looking for an all-rounder, preferably mechanically biased. Good experience on large residential projects (used to coordinating with multiple homes in build and trades). Someone who can drive build cost efficiency and used to picking apart spec, tender returns and challenging M&E designers for cost effective designs. Someone who is hands on and can deliver homes to a tight programme. The role will require the critical appraisal of project drawings, pre-project start, and the ongoing management on the technical coordination. The project consists of 270 units, RC Frame (high rise) - total value 75m. Our client is seeking applicants with previous experience with a developer or contractor. Ideally worked on high rise residential developments (flats). In return, our client is offering a basic salary of 65k - 70k + full package and bonus.

Responsibilities: Oversee and take charge of all financial activities, including accounts receivable, payroll processing, spending control, and financial reporting. Make sure that all payroll processing including tax computations, pension contributions, and regulatory compliance is done accurately, promptly, and for both workers and subcontractors. Work together with HR to keep payroll records up to date and respond to employee questions about payroll-related issues. Ensure accuracy and adherence to corporate policy by supervising the evaluation and approval of expenditure claims, reconciliations, and allocations. Oversee the journal allocations, payments, and bills from subcontractors. Perform bank reconciliations and issue accounts receivable as required. To aid in decision-making, create thorough financial reports and summaries, such as monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts. The position will report into the on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor. Our client requires this individual to do the Procurement, account management and early procurement of packages. They're seeking applicants who have either worked for a recognised developer or contractor.
