An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Labourer to join our thriving UK medical manufacturing company to work within our expanding Buildings Department. We are looking to recruit a Labourer to support the growing Building Maintenance team in the up keep of the site at the Wokingham Headquarters. The responsibilities include monitoring and managing waste disposal bins on site, which will constitute approximately 50% of the daily duties. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist the team with various tasks such as moving materials, collecting building supplies using the company van, digging, gardening, clearing areas, and performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks. We are looking for a proactive and reliable Building Maintenance PPM Operative to join our Site Services team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance testing, and general building maintenance to ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.
