Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor Residential Projects Career Development Hybrid Working Location: London Salary: Competitive + Package Working Pattern: 4 Days Office 1 Day Home Our Client is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on significant residential and regeneration projects while developing your career within one of the UK's leading offsite construction businesses. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the commercial delivery of residential construction projects Cost reporting and financial management Procurement and subcontractor management Managing variations and valuations Supporting final account negotiations Working closely with operational and project teams Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders What We're Looking For Assistant QS or Project QS experience Residential project experience Strong commercial awareness Excellent communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ambition to develop your career Why Join them?
