Responsibilities: Safely coordinate and direct crane and lifting operations using hand signals or radio communication. Ensure the safe slinging and movement of materials, equipment, and machinery across the site. Conduct pre-use inspections of lifting equipment and tools, reporting any defects or maintenance needs. Collaborate with crane operators, riggers, and site personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements. Assist in site preparation and setup for lifting operations, ensuring the work environment is free of hazards. Maintain clear and accurate records of lifting activities as per company policies. About you: Valid and up-to-date CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller certification. Proven experience in a Slinger Signaller role, preferably in a heavy industrial or construction environment. Strong knowledge of lifting operations, health and safety regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A leading FM service provider is seeking a skilled T&I Electrician to join their team, delivering high-quality electrical services at a large-scale manufacturing and production facility. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, including emergency lighting, EICR, PAT, and more. Support the site T&I Supervisor with daily operations and electrical contract development. Supervise sub-contractors, ensuring safe and professional work in line with company and site-specific procedures. Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with statutory and company regulations. Respond to electrical breakdowns and participate in call-out rota as required. Contribute to a positive safety culture and continuous service improvement initiatives.
