About the role: Working Hours: Project-based 5 years contract, ongoing work. Total Pay Rate: up to £210 per day completed installation (expected to be completed within 10 days). Brief Role Description: We require an experienced subcontractor to deliver full bathroom adaptation and graded floor shower installations within domestic properties. Works include full strip-out, waste disposal, wall and floor preparation, plumbing alterations, shower former installation, tiling, decoration, fitting sanitaryware, and final handover to the client. You will be fully responsible for site supervision, protection of property, compliance documentation, and ensuring works are delivered to specification. Responsibilities: Safely coordinate and direct crane and lifting operations using hand signals or radio communication. Ensure the safe slinging and movement of materials, equipment, and machinery across the site. Conduct pre-use inspections of lifting equipment and tools, reporting any defects or maintenance needs. Collaborate with crane operators, riggers, and site personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements. Assist in site preparation and setup for lifting operations, ensuring the work environment is free of hazards. Maintain clear and accurate records of lifting activities as per company policies. About you: Valid and up-to-date CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller certification. Proven experience in a Slinger Signaller role, preferably in a heavy industrial or construction environment.
