Key Responsibilities Manage design information from specialist consultants and subcontractors across multiple projects. Ensure integration of architectural, structural, and M&E systems, using 3D modelling where needed. Schedule, monitor, and quality-assure approvals during RIBA Stages 4 & 5. Manage RFIs from issue to resolution. Audit design to identify and resolve inconsistencies, missing information, or design changes.
