We are searching for an enthusiastic and talented QS to join a new hign end residential refurbishment company in Central London. They currently have almost 6m worth of projects in town and they include basements and structural alterations as well as remodelling projects. The work is interesting, client and service focussed and the finishes and specifications are high end and often bespoke. If you have experience in residential refubishment market and are seeking a new challenge that offers advancement and autonomy then this could be the role for you. The successful candidate will need to be have demonstrable experience in running complete project from inception to final account and be a good communicator with client and site teams alike. The role will initially be working under the Managing director as the company's sole QS but the growth plans for the business are ambitous and there is 6m in new projects very close to starting to compliment the existing workload. The office is currently in Kensington and time will be split between here and site and home as applicable.
