We are looking to recruit a temporary Site Manager to support our client on their project on a secondary school in Leicester. This is a refurbishment and new build project which will commence during the school holidays The role is for approximately 6-8 weeks commencing on or around 13th August. The candidate must be an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in construction and must hold a valid DBS certificate due to the nature of the projects. Our client is currently seeking to recruit for an experienced CSCS Site Labourer for a site based in Market Rasen. This position is to start on Monday 3rd August for 4 weeks potentially longer. We are seeking someone with a very good level of site experience and willing to act at No 1 site labourer for the main contractor and work alongside the Site Manager on a daily basis. In return, our client is offering an hourly rate in excess of the living wage and genuine career progression opportunities. Work will involve: Regular tidy and sweep out of properties and external areas during the course of construction. Assist the telehandler operator where necessary with the unloading of deliveries. Ensure correct and secure storage of all materials in their designated locations. Ensure externally stored materials which are vulnerable to the weather are kept properly covered at all times with polythene or tarpaulins. Plot specific goods to be marked accordingly. Work in conjunction with Forklift Driver to keep storage containers and compound tidy and accessible. Assist as required with the locking of plots, storage containers, welfare facilities, site perimeter and compound. Close all windows to Plots and Welfare Units. Clean and tidy these areas on a daily basis. All units should be swept/mopped out at the end of every working week (Friday) or as required. Ensure lighting and heating are not being used unnecessarily. Ensure that the Show Home areas are attended to weekly as they need to be in exellent condition at all times. All general duties as instructed by the site manager. Always work in a safe manner, and comply with all the requirements of the company's Health & Safety Policy. You will require: In Date CSCS card. Our client is currently is looking for an experienced CSCS Carded General Labourer to start on site at North Hykeham as soon as possible for approximately 1 month. We are seeking a reliable, committed labourer with a good level of site experience and someone who is able to work on their own initiative. The successful candidate is required to undertake general duties including, lifting and stacking fence panels, cleaning site cabins, painting, and general order prep for pedestrian barriers and equipment. Also and as part of their ongoing commitment to a safe working environment, our client operates a random drug and alcohol testing policy on all of their sites. Our Client, a main contractor is urgently seeking 2 qualified and experienced CSCS carded formwork shuttering Joiners to start on their project in Cherry Willingham Lincoln on or around 30th July for 2-3 weeks. There will be a couple of days break and then a further 203 weeks work. We are seeking Shuttering joiners experienced working with box culverts and head walls along with other aspects of Shuttering Joinery. We are seeking reliable, committed and experienced shuttering joiners to undertake all formwork joinery including retaining walls on site and associated steelworks.
