Partnerships Manager - Construction Focus Hybrid role - 3 days office-based We're looking for a Partnerships Manager, who is adept in building long-term strategic relationships in the construction sector. What you'll be doing: Developing and managing a pipeline of strategic partnerships, with a focus on construction and related industries. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-makers and aligning partnerships with wider commercial goals. Leading on account management, ensuring high-quality engagement and long-term partner satisfaction. Supporting industry events, forums, and conferences to maximise relationship-building and partnership visibility. Working collaboratively across internal teams to deliver strategic initiatives and ensure partners gain real value. What we're looking for: Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally within construction or related partnerships. A strong track record of developing commercial pipelines and delivering measurable outcomes. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders. High level of commercial awareness and the ability to spot cross-sector opportunities.
