Are you an experienced housing professional with a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals to maintain safe, stable tenancies? We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Housing Association seeking a Supported Housing Officer to join their team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents living within supported accommodation. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality housing and tenancy management services to residents in supported housing schemes. Manage rent accounts and work proactively with customers to sustain successful tenancies. Conduct tenancy visits, property inspections, and support plan reviews. Build effective relationships with support providers and partner agencies. Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns. Provide person-centred support to residents with a range of support needs. Ensure compliance with housing policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. Essential Requirements Previous experience within housing management and/or supported housing services. Experience working with vulnerable residents and individuals requiring additional support. Strong understanding of tenancy management and resident engagement. Excellent communication and case management skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or issued within the last 12 months. What's on Offer? Immediate start available. Full-time hours (37 per week).
