Proven experience of working as an ALO for large construction projects/civil engineering schemes Experience of contact with land owners Pre and post access agreements Reinstatement plans Knowledge & experience of legal consent / acquisition requirements Able to describe procedures to follow during contact with external Agencies / HSE / E.A. / Land owner / third party liaison Experience of project commercial and schedule risk management
