Are you a seasoned Programme or Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex, high-value projects in the built environment? Our client-a leading consultancy specialising in IT, AV, and Security design for the Built Environment-is expanding and looking for an experienced professional to join their London-based team. This is a rare opportunity to lead multi-disciplinary teams on some of the most prestigious construction, fit-out, and refurbishment projects across the commercial, workplace, and hospitality sectors. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, design teams, and construction project managers Lead internal teams through the full project lifecycle, from strategy and design to delivery and handover Develop and manage project governance, MS programmes, and reporting frameworks Oversee involvement in competitive procurement processes Support the commercial team with RFP responses and bid presentations Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all project phases ? Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years' experience in programme/project management within the built environment Proven track record leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects in office, workplace, or hospitality sectors Strong understanding of RIBA work stages and design coordination Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, APM) Experience in consultancy or client-side roles Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, AV, LAN/WAN/WiFi, and physical security systems (advantageous) Degree-qualified or equivalent professional experience ?
