About You You're an experienced Site Manager or Retrofit Lead with a deep understanding of PAS 2030/2035 compliance and energy efficient construction. You'll bring strong technical, leadership, and communication skills, with a hands on approach to quality and safety. Essential Minimum 5 years' experience managing retrofit or decarbonisation projects. In depth knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 and retrofit compliance frameworks. SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and full UK driving licence. Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills. Desirable Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination or Sustainability (or equivalent). Retrofit Assessor or Coordinator training.
