Location: Midlands Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 We are seeking a fully qualified Electrician to join our team, delivering high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, fault-finding, testing and inspection services across our social housing portfolio. The role covers domestic properties, voids, communal areas, sheltered accommodation, offices and commercial premises , ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations. Key Responsibilities Carry out EICRs, initial verification testing and remedial works. Diagnose and repair electrical faults across domestic and non-domestic properties. Undertake rewires, consumer unit upgrades and electrical installations. Install and maintain communal lighting, emergency lighting and fire/smoke alarm systems. Complete digital certification and ensure compliance with BS 7671 and health and safety legislation. Inspect and upgrade void properties to required letting standards.
