Job Title: Tenant Liaison Officer Location: Canterbury - Kent Overview We re looking for a confident and outgoing individual to join the Water team as a Tenant Liaison Officer This is a fully field based role, perfect for someone with experience in tenant liaison, accompanied viewings, property inspections, or similar customer facing roles. You ll be engaging directly with residents at their homes, explaining a free water saving upgrade, and carrying out simple indoor assessments to book installations. This is a domestic based plumbing role in domestic occupied properties.
