Passive Fire Supervisor £42,000 - £48,000 Per annum Experience & Skills The candidate must have experience with a range of different products and manufacturers, with at least 3 years experience surveying and installing fire-stopping Competent with Fire Door regulations Customer orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations. Good attention to detail and a person who can prioritise and manage their time effectively. Someone with a passion to continue to learn and develop themselves and their skills. An individual with the desire to install and maintain services to the highest standards. Experience with reviewing risk assessments and managing remedial works Competence in a range of tasks from surveying, maintenance inspections, completing installation works directly Experience supervising internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works Auditing works experience and signing off compliance in accordance with FIRAS accreditation. Willingness to spend a mixture of time onsite or in one of our office location IG7 As a growing team, we are looking for someone who can build and develop a team around them, training staff to complete a range of Passive Fire Woks under their supervision. Main duties and responsibilities: As a QS you will be responsible for the effectiveness of the overall contract, ensuring all KPI s and goals are met.
