I am working with a client who is looking to recruit a SSSTS Site Supervisor with a background in Civils/Groundworks to oversee a team completing the Point of Connection cable route dig to the substation. You will be responsible for a team of groundworkers ensuring work is carried out in accordance with H&S and to programme. This is an immediate requirement with the potential for work on the next site which is close by. I am wokring with a Solar Client who is looking for a Site Manager to help run a site in Pulham, Dorest. To be considered for the role you must have a valid SMSTS and First Aid Certificate. Ideally you will have experience witin the Solar Sector although this is not essential. You will be working closely with an existing team, organisning sub contractors and ensuring the project is running smoothly. The site is due to go live in October with work to contiune for a couple of months after. We are looking for somoene to start on Monday 11th May. I am working with a specialist residential surveying company based in Bristol who are looking to recruit a recently Chartered Surveyor to cope with an increase in workload. They are looking for an Assoc RICS/MRICS Surveyor with a background in residential surveying. The role will involve completing a mix of valuation surveys, home buyer reports and full building surveys on residential properties. The client is extremly busy and has an order book that someone can pick up straight away. I am working with a client who is looking for a site manager with a telehandler ticket. They are in the process of setting up a solar farm and you will be working closely with another site manager in the running of the site as well as providing support on the telehandler when required. Initially the role is for a few weeks but is likely to be extended as the project progresses. To be considered for the role you will need a valid SMSTS and First Aid certificate as well as a CPCS or NPORS telehandler ticket.
