We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clerk of Works based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes to join one of our clients on a permanent full-time basis. This role requires travel across the local area and therefore, a full clean driving licence is essential. Responsibilities of the Clerk of Works Undertake property inspections including snagging inspections. Respond to reactive repairs. Liaise and work with the Head of Buildings. Maintain budgets and cost control on all projects. Raise work orders. Supervise contractor's work. Maintain repair records. Approve invoices and ensure contractor and staff timesheets are recorded.
