As Area Sales Manager, you will building strong business relationships, prepare customer quotations, carry out valuations for machinery exchanges, complete machinery specifications, carry out machinery demonstrations and installations, updating sales CRM, making sales calls, negotiating costs, problem solving and customer purchase consultation. To be considered for the role of Area Sales Manager, you will have a proven track record in construction machinery sales or similar, strong sales planning and sales presenting skills, you will thrive on working as part of a knowledgeable team and will have strong and effective written and verbal communication skills. In return for the role of Area Sales Manager, our client will offer a competitive salary package of £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on level of experience OTE (£80,000-£90,000), generous car allowance, expense account, pension 22 days holiday plus bank holidays rising with length of service, health insurance and much, much more. . Our client based near Stamford are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Senior Architectural Technologist on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers flexible working hours once probation completed, initially the role is office based Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a progressive company working on a diverse range of projects and be part of a growing team. As a Senior Architectural Technologist you will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude. You will be involved across all key stages of the design process, from project inception through to construction and delivery.
