Role: Skilled / General Operatives required Hours: 07:00am - 17:00pm, 50 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Interviews will be held on site. You must have the right to work in the UK. Transport Planner Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire JRL Environmental is a part of the JRL Group which encompasses 14+ divisions delivering bespoke solutions for the most complex construction projects. The company is a specialist within the haulage and waste sectors, with a fleet of over 100 HGV vehicles and depots nationwide. Due to continued growth we are looking for a Transport Planner with haulage experience. Role & Responsibilities: High quality scheduling and allocation of work to be completed daily across all collection modes i.e Skip, RoRo and grab trucks. Controlling drivers throughout the day to monitor their progress and take necessary measures to ensure that the work is completed each day. Daily use of operational system; Qargo TMS to ensure all work is completed. Maintain driver records electronically and in paper format. Requirements: Excellent knowledge of the Greater London area and the challenges of planning routes across the UK, particularly within urban areas. Self-motivated with a friendly and approachable manner. Ambitious and confident with a real 'can-do' attitude. Self-assured communicator, both verbal and written. Work well under pressure and to set timelines in a professional manner. Qualifications/Experience: Full driving licence. Transport Management CPC a major advantage Advanced Microsoft Office skills. At least three years experience of working in the HGV, transport sector. Taking control of this, Ark M&E provides a complete mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) solution for large complex residential projects. We require an Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Ferry Island. Role & Responsibilities: Supervision of electrical works, health and safety and project management. Working with client's project team up until final handover. Supervision of up to 20 operatives plus specialist sub-contractors. Managing quality of works and snagging to ensure client standards are met. Attending progress meetings with the Project Manager and client reps. as required Requirements: Have excellent working knowledge of electrical installation and possess technical qualifications. Good reporting and communication skills with an ability to get the most out of those being supervised. Residential experience required. Appropriate City and Guilds Electrical Qualifications C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection & 17th Edition. Health and safety qualifications a plus but not essential. This position will suit an Electrical Supervisor who has gained their experience with a sub-contractor, main contractor, or specialist M&E contractor.

You will assist the project team in coordinating the office admin, updating revision drawings and be the main point of contact between our Group divisions for JRL. Role & Responsibilities: Carry out routine information control activities for the company, including information release and publishing, query handling, management of transmittals, copying and scanning. Manage the receipt and processing of project information and documentation utilising the clients and principal designer's electronic document management systems. Control and management of electronic transmittals both internally and externally and the Task Order Information Delivery plans and schedules. Support to departments in the issue receipt and tracking of all information both electronically and in hardcopy where applicable. Requirements: Experience in an administrative role in within the construction sector.

We are looking to recruit a design manager with responsibility for the concrete frame and ground works elements of the JRL Group projects based in Borehamwood. We are looking for: • A highly motivated individual looking for a challenging career within the construction industry • Some knowledge of concrete frame construction • Ability to read engineers structural drawings, architect, façade and MEP drawings • Good skills in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft office • Communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent organizational skills • Fluent English Language skills are required • Be able to work as part of a team or on own initiative when required • Ability to work to tight deadlines • Possess or working towards Civil/Structural Engineering qualification The Role includes but is not limited to the following: • Lead and manage the structural engineering design from project commencement though to completion • Lead technical workshops with relevant consultants and internal supply chain, monitor tasks to ensure they are closed out • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, geotechnical, façade and MEP • Plan and implement innovative solutions contributing to safe systems of work • Plan the construction activities and prepare an information release schedule to ensure the timely supply of construction information • Ensure timely and accurate completion of drawings to comply with project requirements • Report any blockers or late information to the relevant stakeholders • Ensure designs such as temporary works are code compliant and incorporated with the permanent works • Provide technical support during construction, including site inspections and solutions for NCRs • Review and comment on specialist subcontractor information where necessary • Prepare technical reports and submittals

This role is full time and would suit recent graduates, however an apprenticeship programme will be on offer to the right candidate and has scope for career progression within the group over time. Role: Assistant Accountant, Office Based. Location: 4 days in Colwick, Nottingham and 1 day in Carlton on Trent, Newark.
