We require an Electrical Supervisor to join our team at London. Role & Responsibilities: Supervision of electrical works, health and safety and project management. Working with client's project team up until final handover. Supervision of up to 20 operatives plus specialist sub-contractors. Managing quality of works and snagging to ensure client standards are met. Attending progress meetings with the Project Manager and client reps. as required Requirements: Have excellent working knowledge of electrical installation and possess technical qualifications. Good reporting and communication skills with an ability to get the most out of those being supervised. Residential experience required. Appropriate City and Guilds Electrical Qualifications C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection & 17th Edition. Health and safety qualifications a plus but not essential. This position will suit an Electrical Supervisor who has gained their experience with a sub-contractor, main contractor, or specialist M&E contractor.

Assistance in the delivery of the mechanical aspect of the project, whilst coordinating with the electrical department and construction team. Ability to supervise the mechanical installation comprising subcontractors, in house plumbers and pipe-fitters and improvers etc. Be able to carry out, edit and review: Quality Assurance inspections and reports, tool box talks, time sheets, and other project documents. Be able to review specifications, drawings and reports to ensure compliance and programme. Have excellent working knowledge of mechanical installation and possess technical qualifications.
