Be familiar with the type of systems and equipment on which work is required to be undertaken. The postholder will be responsible for managing and investigating a varied caseload of ASB matters across the borough. This includes early intervention approaches, as well as progressing cases that require formal enforcement action. You will work directly with residents, victims, and perpetrators of ASB, providing clear guidance and delivering proportionate actions to resolve issues.
