Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, industry regulations, and company procedures. Manage change control, commercial performance, and project documentation. Promote a positive safety culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company and client expectations. Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering rail infrastructure projects. Strong background in earthworks, groundworks, and civil engineering projects within the rail sector. Valid Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification (essential). Demonstrable experience managing project budgets, programmes, and resources. Excellent understanding of rail industry standards, safety requirements, and construction methodologies.

You will be responsible for providing support and advice on all aspects of health, safety, wellbeing and environmental management, developing documentation, meeting legal, regulatory and company standards and helping deliver a culture of continual improvement. Salary - £47,000 - £50,000 Job Responsibilities: Assist in the development, communication and provide guidance on SHEQ procedures. Providing support to the operational teams in the necessary guidance, briefing and training required by individuals to carry out their work. Ensure all employees are aware of their statutory duties and responsibilities and understand the requirements of company procedures. Monitor operational teams via regular site inspections and management audits to determine whether work is being carried out in accordance with SHEQ policies, procedures and relevant statutory legislation. Principal Duties & Accountabilities: Understand the contractual requirements of project documents including the roles and responsibilities of all involved and the notices required to record change etc. Coordinate any responses required with Commercial Manager.
