The Role This is a hands-on, site-based role where you ll take responsibility for ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards. You ll be involved in quality inspections, technical problem-solving, and day-to-day site coordination , working closely with the Site Agent, engineers, and supervisors to keep projects running smoothly, safely, and on schedule. This is a great opportunity to be involved in high-value tenders and play a key role in securing major infrastructure projects. The Role You ll be part of a fast-paced Pre-Contract team responsible for preparing competitive and accurate cost estimates for large-scale civil engineering projects. Working closely with bid managers, engineers, and supply chain partners, you ll help shape winning tender submissions across sectors including roads, bridges, water, renewables, and marine . Projects typically range from £10m to £50m+ , giving you exposure to complex and high-impact work.
