Mechanical Site Manager (Building Services) Data Centre Projects Birmingham - Site-based Due to continued growth, a leading specialist engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to support the delivery of a major, 2-year data centre project in Birmingham. This role will focus on the mechanical installation package, including HVAC systems, chilled water systems, pipework, plant rooms, chillers and associated mechanical building services infrastructure. You will join an established commercial team, working closely with Project Managers and Contracts Managers to ensure the successful financial management and delivery of the scheme.
