Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage electrical engineering activities for the new build residential project. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met within budget and on schedule. Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to facilitate seamless communication and project execution. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols. Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and project updates to senior management. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - or relevant qualification. Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical engineering projects. Previous experience working with Tier 1 construction companies is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning.
