Construction Manager Hybrid Retail Projects My client are a growing retail fit-our contractor who undertake projects across the UK and Europe. AS their team grows they are seeking a Projects/ Construction manager to oversee 2-4 projects at various stages of the project lifecycle. The role will be to manage the projects prior to starting on site, liaising with client, commercial, 3rd parties (malls/ freeholders etc), and then oversee the project teams remotely and ensure minimal disruptions to the set programmes. The ideal candidate will have the following experience/ skill set: - Spansih & English speaking - Manage full projet lifecycle - Be able to delegate tasks to junior staff and office staff where required - Client facing - Creating programmes - Ensuring projects are set up to succeed (timeline, costings and delivery). - Be an excellent communicator - internally and to all relevant parties. This is a fast paced role that will require fairly regular travel (a few times a month). Location wise this can be based anywhere in the UK, ideally within one hour of a major airport to reduce travel times.

Construction Director - Fit out sector Hybrid working, travel required DoE + Bonus scheme My client works with a number of well known retail and F&B brands and works to deliver an exceptional customer service. Within this role you will aim to grow a team around you to enable the company to self-deliver the projects. This will involve overseeing PM's, commercial, junior staff & support staff. You will be well connected and be able to assist in introducing sub-contractors to help deliver schemes in the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will have experience of: - Building teams - Delivering retail fit-out - Being responsible for P+L of all projects - Being client facing and ensure repeat business - Delivering strategic plans for growth. - Overseeing full project life cycle. - Managing clients expectations. - Forign Languages would be highly advantgous

Commercial Director - Fit-out Hybrid working - Travel required DoE + Bonus scheme Commercial director required for growing fit-out contractor who work in the retail & F&B sectors both in the UK and Europe. Within this company you will be working with well known high street brands deliver projects to a high standard. As commercial director you will ensure projects are costed, procured and delivered on budget and working closley with the project delivery teams to reduce errors and wastage. In this varied role you will owrk closely with Client partners, site based teams, manage both pre-con and delivery commercial staff and ensure the client is happy and retain further business. The ideal canddiate will: - Have expereince of rmanaging a commercial team - Hiring suitable staff to grow their team. - Responsible for the P+L of each project - Delegating tasks to their team - Be well articulated - Additional European language highly advantageous. - Be able to introduce suitable contractors/ sub-contractors for contracts. This role has the ability to grow a team that can deliver fast paced projects allowing opportunity for travel accross the UK and Europe.

Project Maanger - Fit-out Stratford PT - 2/3 days a week - Hybrid My client are an office fit-out contractor who are seeking a driven PM to join their team on a freelance basis initially on a Part time basis. Initially this role will oversee one project and be expected to attend site one day a week for the weekly progress meeting with the client and then be able to manage their own diary to complete what is required to deliver the project. Reporting into the Construction director you will ensure the programme is up to date, book in sub-contractors and oversee the budget for the project. There will be scope wiht more projects starting for this role to move to 5 days a week. Office fit out experience required.

Office Manager / Projects Assistant Hindhead Upto 40k My client are a construction business that undertake a high volume of smaller projects across the UK working for well known brands undertaking refurbishments and fit-out projects. This role will work closely with the two directors and assist with liaison between each projects and the leadership team. As a small business they are seeking the right person who will be willing to get involved with the Project teams, support them as well as updating reports on protect progression. Alongside running a small office you will be a vital cog in the company, with opportunity to progress. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or project administration role within the construction/ engineering industry, be able to communicate with people of all levels, be approachable and helpful and have an input into process and procedures that make work easier. ASAP start for the right person.
