The business is expanding its in-house property team and is looking for a full-time Property Team Leader to help manage and shape its evolving portfolio, based in the East Anglia area. The Property Team Leader will provide a senior leadership role within the existing team whilst also being responsible directly for the management of a diverse range of commercial properties. The team plays a crucial role within the wider Group, overseeing the commercial estate, delivering development projects and driving long-term value. Our client, an independent surveying practice, are looking for an experienced Residential Surveyor to work in the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire areas. This position is available on a Consultancy basis, offering a generous fee split of 60% on fees.
