This is a hands-on estates and property management role supporting a varied corporate property portfolio. Principal Property Surveyor (Commercial Property) Location: East of England Rate: Circa 450 a day Contract: Ongoing Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an experienced Principal Property Surveyor to support a public sector property services team managing a busy corporate and commercial portfolio. This is a hands-on interim role covering end-to-end estate management and general practice surveying work. You will lead on core commercial property management activity including lease events, landlord and tenant negotiations, and ensuring portfolio performance is protected and improved through proactive management.
