Your responsibilities will include: Managing enquiries and bookings for school facilities. Building strong relationships with local clubs, organisations and community groups. Coordinating site staff to ensure facilities are prepared before each booking. Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. Managing contracts, invoicing and booking administration. Supporting the development and growth of the school's lettings income. Acting as the main point of contact for external hirers and resolving any issues promptly. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will: Have previous experience in facilities management, lettings, events or customer service. Be highly organised with excellent administrative skills. Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Be confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Have a good understanding of health and safety requirements (desirable). Be flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends when required. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating bookings and helping maximise the use of excellent school facilities for the local community. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the school's lettings programme from enquiry through to completion. Develop relationships with sports clubs, community organisations and local businesses.
