Site Manager South West London Salary: Up to £55,000 + van and fuel card We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor working within the social housing sector. You will be responsible for overseeing FRA works, external refurbishments, and SHDF projects, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Scheduler - 3 month fixed term contract (potentially going permanent) The Role You will work as part of a busy team, assisting the operational team to plan and schedule works efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring a high-quality service for all residents and customers. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to residents and customers Arrange appointments with tradespeople in a cost-effective and organised manner Respond to queries from residents and manage appointment changes Reschedule appointments using planning tools Log current jobs onto the job management system/database Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to organise and schedule work Requirements Experience working in a call centre or customer service environment Ability to multitask and meet deadlines and targets Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail This list is not exhaustive, and flexibility may be required to support the success of the department.
