We are looking for a Contract Manager to oversee the management and delivery of a number of contracts, across refurbishment and Planned Works covering a number of sectors. Sectors include: Education, Social Housing, Leisure, MOD and Local Authority. qualifications and attributes: Previous experience of managing multiple contracts. Experience in contract administration, planning, estimating, tender processes, health & safety and staff management Ability to build good working relationships internally and externally and to work to prescribed deadlines NVQ 6 Qualification as a minimum. Commercial awareness, being fully conversant with all aspects of construction contracts, have good Health & Safety knowledge SMSTS.

If you have worked within a Social Housing, Property repairs & maintenance environment it's very desirable Qualifications and experience: Electrician experience with the qualifications needed within repairs & maintenance NVQ 3 18th Edition Permanent 40,000.00 per year plus OTE Benefits: Van & Fuel card provided. 31 days paid holiday

Key Responsibilities The Site Manager will manage the delivery of a Planned works, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Oversee planned works programmes, with a focus on EWI, Windows, Doors, Roofs Act as the primary point of contact for the client Conduct site inspections, and client meetings to maintain service levels Skills & Experience Proven experience in Site Management within construction or social housing. Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 31 Days paid holiday
