BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER Job Title - Building Services Engineer Location - Harrogate, North Yorkshire Salary - £34,500 - £38,500 + £3185 for Callout Shift - Days (Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:00pm + 1 in 4 on-call rota) Job Role of the Building Services Engineer A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Building Services Engineer to join a well-established and highly respected FMCG business based in Harrogate. This is a unique role offering a 50/50 split between a manufacturing site and supporting multiple local team rooms, giving excellent variety in your day-to-day work. You will be responsible for supporting all building-related equipment and services, with a focus on electrical (70%) and mechanical (30%) systems. This includes installation, testing, fault finding, and maintenance of building systems such as fire alarms, BMS systems, ventilation, and general facilities.
