We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our growing regional business. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality mixed-tenure residential developments. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a confident leader and excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, local authorities, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the business.
