Mobile Maintenance Electrician Location: Swindon, Bristol, Taunton, Bridgwater Salary: Up to £43,000 + Van + Outstanding Benefits We re looking for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover schools, offices, and light commercial sites across the South West. What you ll do: Planned & reactive electrical maintenance Basic maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, plumbing General PPMs (tap temps, emergency lighting, fire alarm tests) Travel between sites in a company van (first & last 30 mins in own time) Optional overtime (x1.5 weekdays, x2 weekends - Saturday PM and all day Sunday) Call-out rota (1 in 8) with £100 standby allowance What we re looking for: NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Multi-skilled approach and commercial experience Full UK driving licence Why join us? The Company: A global FM and property management company who actively encourage internal promotion and progression. The Role: As part of the Projects Team you will be responsible for the client side / principal contractor project management of all M&E / building fabric / small construction projects across a national healthcare and gym contract. Projects can range to c 2m however values will typically be less, from 30k upwards. They will encompass all aspects of refurbishment of building fabric, heating, ventilation, electrical, civils, roofing, flooring and plumbing. You will be responsible for: Managing projects from cradle to grave Agreeing project specification with the client Managing the tender process Appointing sub-contractors Agreeing programmes / timescales Ensuring quality of work Agreeing applications for payment with assistance from the QS / commercial team. Managing snagging Agreeing final account and handover The Person: Ideally based in South West of England but willing to work UK wide as required. Experienced at delivering concurrent fast track projects. HTM knowldege preferred but isn't essential. Ability to create value engineering ROI (Return on Investment) Experience in a client side / principal contractor Project Management role in construction, civils or M&E building services Good communication and man management skills and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget Commercially aware NEBOSH general certificate desirable The Salary: 60k - 65k + Car Allowance c 5k + 3%/5% Pension + Bonus + 25 days holiday

Role Purpose: Ensure full compliance across a hard services Fm service delivery contract across 35 sites with resident engineers, responsible for contractual, statutory, and QHSE requirements, including managing company logbook systems and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Audit and maintain compliance through QHSE Management System Provide administrative guidance and support for site compliance Manage records for compliance activities (e.g., L8, Loler, PSSR, Gas Safe) Communicate and implement business policies and processes Support training strategy and project delivery Monitor performance against KPIs and coach staff Review and maintain policies, procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work Oversee SHEP (Safety, Health & Environment Process) adherence Manage compliance documentation via Smart Sheets Experience Required: Proven experience managing compliance in FM contracts Highly organised and self-motivated Flexible and adaptable to changing environments Desirable: Familiarity of E-log Books and / or Smart Sheets IOSH Managing Safety certification Experience in critical environments (Pharma, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas) Experience setting up new sites

The Company: TFM service delivery business who operate across the UK. Their client base spans all sectors and includes many blue chip clients. The Role: Working between your home and client sites, you will be responsible for managing a team of 30 M&E maintenance engineers who carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across 10 commercial sites in the South West and the Midlands. Total contract value is c 1m plus extra works. You will have full responsibility for your portfolio and you will report monthly on P&L. The Person: You will have previous experience of managing commercial FM maintenance contracts including P&L reporting. You will have a technical background in either electrical engineering, air conditioning or heating. The Salary: Salary is between 55,000- 60000.
