The Role: As part of the Projects Team you will be responsible for the client side / principal contractor project management of all M&E / building fabric / small construction projects across a national healthcare and gym contract. Projects can range to c 2m however values will typically be less, from 30k upwards. They will encompass all aspects of refurbishment of building fabric, heating, ventilation, electrical, civils, roofing, flooring and plumbing.
