The Opportunity Cradle to grave responsibility for the coordination of all internal and external professional consultants (structural engineers and architects) on prestigious, high profile central London developments. A pipeline of profitable contracts in the £30m to £100 value range. Candidate Essentials B Eng or B Arch qualified. 5+ years' experience with a main contractor or self-build developer. Good communication skills and a preference toward project-based activities. With interviews available from w/c Monday 6th October, salary is a highly competitive £90k to £110k + package.

We have a position for an experienced General Foreman to manage infrastructure works at the new nuclear power development on the Suffolk coast. The successful candidate requires strong leadership skills and, specifically, experience of deep drainage works in a utilities and roadworks environment, and a proven track record of delivering safe, high-quality construction projects.
