The successful candidate will work under the guidance of a Senior Quantity Surveyor on refurbishment projects to local council-run schools, healthcare facilities, town halls and housing so will have 4+ years' experience and be looking to develop their career on a broad spectrum of project types with a respected builder. We are looking for a main contractor's Senior Quantity Surveyor for the newly appointed Finsbury Square office of a leading, Southern Ireland-headquartered main contractor which will see the successful candidate acting as Commercial Lead on a multi-phase estate regeneration in Guildford. Reporting directly to the commercial director, it would best suit a confident Surveyor with 5 to 15 years' post graduate experience with reputable main contractors looking for great career prospects with a thriving firm. The opportunity; Full commercial decision-making responsibility for procurement and agreement of subcontract and client accounts on a £30m town centre development.
