Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor (outside IR35 - day rate) Are you a seasoned hands-on Quantity Surveyor who enjoys managing multiple projects and being involved in quality projects? We are looking for a self-driven Quantity Surveyor who can lead these projects whilst enjoying support from a commercial manager and company administrator. You will manage your own diary and be able to work from home, though, also be expected and expensed to visit projects in London and Bristol on occasion. With support from a great team environment of construction managers and supervisors you will drive fair commercial outcomes from the projects taking schemes over from hand-over to final account.
