Drive sales, control costs, and maximise profitability through effective stock management and waste reduction. Ensure full compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies. Recruit, train, coach, and support colleagues to help them develop and succeed. Create staff rotas, manage labour costs, and ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the day. Monitor shop performance, analyse key performance indicators, and implement improvements where needed. Handle cash management, banking, and administrative responsibilities accurately and securely. Resolve customer queries professionally and promote a welcoming, customer-first culture. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised shop environment at all times. About You Previous management experience in retail, hospitality, or food service. A positive, supportive leader who motivates others and leads by example. Strong commercial awareness with experience of driving sales and controlling costs. Confident working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills. Good understanding of food safety, health and safety, and operational compliance.
