CSA Lead (On-site) Location: Multiple locations across Europe Employment Type: Full-time A leading European data centre delivery organisation is seeking an experienced CSA Lead to oversee the Civil, Structural and Architectural elements of a major, large-scale infrastructure project in Finland. The successful candidate will provide senior leadership across the CSA function, managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, design coordination, project performance, quality, and stakeholder relationships from project set-up through to handover. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural activities across a major construction project. Manage a large multidisciplinary CSA team, including discipline leads, package managers, design managers, engineers, and site supervisors. Provide leadership and support to teams managing multiple subcontractors and significant construction packages. Oversee contractor design activities, ensuring designs are progressed, coordinated, and approved ahead of construction. Ensure BIM processes and project standards are implemented and followed by subcontractors. Monitor and manage project costs, budgets, labour requirements, commissioning activities, and overall project performance. Lead the establishment of CSA processes, including reporting, meeting structures, project controls, and delivery schedules. Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders. Monitor project performance against agreed cost, scope, quality, and programme requirements. Promote high standards of Health & Safety and maintain a strong safety culture across the CSA team. Monitor quality performance and ensure project quality targets and standards are achieved. Provide regular reporting and project updates to senior project leadership. Support delivery from project concept and design through construction, commissioning, and final handover. Identify and resolve project risks and challenges while maintaining a strategic overview of the wider project. Provide strong leadership across the CSA function, ensuring effective delegation, prioritisation, communication, collaboration, and team performance. Requirements Degree in construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior project management or construction leadership role, managing projects valued at €50m+. Proven experience delivering large-scale projects from concept through to handover, with strong experience managing CSA work packages within a contracting environment. Experience in data centre or mission-critical construction is advantageous but not essential. Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
