Skills & Competencies Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering construction methods. Proficiency in setting out and interpretation of engineering drawings. Good understanding of quality systems and inspection processes. Strong awareness of HSE regulations and site compliance. Commercial awareness and cost control understanding.
