Senior Building Surveyor £65,000 £70,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Hybrid / Site Based London & South East If you re a Senior Building Surveyor who enjoys variety but doesn t fancy spending five days a week commuting into a London office, this could be worth a look. We re working with a well-established project and programme management consultancy that s looking to add an experienced Building Surveyor to a small, busy team. The workload is genuinely varied. You ll be working across residential and commercial property, with current projects including high and medium-rise recladding programmes, alongside building fabric and M&E works across commercial estates. What s in it for you? You ll have plenty of autonomy rather than being tied to a desk. Most of your time will be spent working across projects and sites throughout London and the South East, with typically only one day in the London office every couple of weeks. You ll need to be an experienced, professionally qualified Building Surveyor operating at Senior level. Your background could be a mix of residential, commercial, building fabric, recladding or a mixture you don t need to tick every box. More important is that you re comfortable taking ownership of projects, dealing with clients and getting out to sites. Geographically, somewhere around Milton Keynes / the northern Home Counties would work particularly well, although there s flexibility for the right person if you re comfortable travelling across London and the South East.
