You'll be responsible for having your own case load of vacant residential properties, pro-actively managing those properties through the stages of sale, including pre assessment, management of marketing, negotiating offers with the appointed estate agents to the best possible sale price, and driving the sale through to exchange and completion, working with our conveyancing solicitors. You'll be based out of our Salisbury office, and your focus will be in the following areas: • Liaising with third parties such as Estate Agents, Clients, Solicitors and Surveyors, in a professional, respectful manner, fitting of a Savills representative. • Compile Marketing Reports for Clients which include your strategic recommendation for market price and method of sale.
