In this role, based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, you will handle a diverse caseload including sales and acquisitions of commercial property, landlord & tenant matters, commercial leases, refinancing, secured lending, development work, plot sales, and title investigations. You will liaise directly with clients from instruction to completion, enjoying a balance of autonomy and collaborative support from your colleagues.
