What you ll be doing: Delivering high-quality plastering across reinstatement and restoration projects. Strong board and skimming work. Rendering, wet plaster, and lime work (advantageous but not essential). Working closely with customers and team members to ensure excellent results. Supporting the growth of the team by learning new skills or by passing on experience and mentoring others. What we re looking for: 3+ years experience as a Plasterer - Excellent boarding and skimming skills. A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to get along well with colleagues and customers. A willingness to learn and progress, or help others do the same. A full UK driving licence.
