The BIM Coordinator Role: • Modelling, drawing and coordinating, mechanical and electrical designs, to ensure projects can be constructed with little or no rework once the site team commence work. • Ensuring the latest models, drawings and designs from all other stakeholders are being used and notifying engineers and site team of any changes to these models or drawings. • Review project files for compliance with Standards/protocols • Implement best practice procedures • Assisting Engineers in drawing production • Produce accurate 2D drawings, 3D models • Coordinating drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines The Person Required: • Previous Revit MEP experience in the construction / building services field • Relevant qualification in BIM or Mechanical or Electrical engineering • Team player
