Site Document Controller & Administrator Temp Permanent opportunity London Office + Site Visits Monday to Friday 08 hrs per week £21.44 per hour We re looking for a highly organised, detail driven professional to play a key role in ensuring project documentation is delivered accurately, efficiently and on time. If you love bringing order to complex information, coordinating with multiple teams, and supporting smooth project delivery then this is the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities Document Control & Project Support Manage, upload, track and distribute all instructions, construction documents and client comments via project portals/intranet systems. Ensure all contract documentation is downloaded, stored and accessible to relevant internal teams. Produce and manage project handover packages including as built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals in line with client protocols. Check, QA, amend, upload and distribute documentation within required timeframes. Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and client document control/O&M teams to ensure all information is accurate and complete. Respond to client comments and coordinate updates with relevant departments. Support project setup, including Aconex training for principal contractor projects. Assist with document control for ITPs, fire door installation and defect clearance processes. Continuous Improvement Review current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Business Support Contribute to ongoing personal and team development. Strengthen the quality and value of administrative support across the business. Ensure clear communication with all internal stakeholders. Health, Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe working environment by complying with statutory regulations and company standards. Protect all personal information in line with GDPR. Complete all required H&S and refresher training. Skills & Qualifications Essential Experience in a similar construction-based document control role Proven experience producing O&M Manuals Exceptional attention to detail Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proactive and flexible approach to work Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel) Experience with project platforms such as Aconex, Kahua, Conject, Asite (Viewpoint) Desirable Basic CAD skills for producing as-built drawings Understanding of BIM processes Why Apply? You ll take a proactive lead in delivering high quality Facilities Management services, ensuring every space is safe, efficient, and operating at its best. Personal Attributes and Other Requirements Strong versatility as a multi trade worker, able to carry out a wide range of maintenance, repairs, and installations across multiple properties. Experience in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and basic electrical work is highly desirable. Hands on experience and relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds in a building-related trade). All practical experience will be considered, including planned and reactive repairs, isolating faults, and making areas safe. A solid understanding of buildings and facilities, ensuring all work remains compliant with required standards. The ability to manage their own workload, prioritise tasks, and complete scheduled works to a high standard. Ability to travel within the city. A flexible, team focused approach to work.
