Project / Site Manager - Fitness Studio Fit-Out Project: Fit-out of a high-end fitness studio in Central London Duration: 3-4 months Overview: The appointed Project / Site Manager will take full responsibility for the delivery of a high-quality internal fit-out within a highly desirable mixed use site. The role requires strong technical and organisational skills to manage the site, programme, and subcontractor performance within a complex and tightly controlled working environment. Scope of Role: Oversee day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to completion and handover. Coordinate all subcontracted trades, ensuring adherence to programme, specification, and quality standards. Manage client and stakeholder liaison, including regular progress reporting and issue resolution.
