Site Manager required Project Our client is currently seeking a Site Manager for a façade remediation project on a four-storey residential block in South East London. Under the Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS) works involve the removal of combustible materials from the external envelope and installation of non-combustible components, including firestopping at all key junctions. Project value £750,000. The Role: The works involve the removal and replacement of external cladding systems and associated fire safety upgrades. You will be managing a team of experienced sub-contractors, responsible for the day-to-day management of the project while ensuring works are delivered safely on programme and to a high standard. Day-to-Day running of the project as Nos1 on site. Coordinate subcontractors and monitor site activities. Ensure health & safety procedures are followed on site. Maintain site records including permits, RAMS and compliance documents. Carry out photographic progress reporting and general site documentation. Managing material deliveries and site logistics. Maintain clear communication with Head Office, your Contracts Manager and Sub-contractors. Ideal requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor on construction projects ideally gained with a medium or high-rise developer or main contractor. Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance. Experience managing subcontractors and site documentation. Strong organisational and communication skills. SMSTS (5 Day) or SSSTS. CSCS Card. First Aid at Work.
