Our client is a leading fire protection company providing fire detection and suppression equipment and due to their continued expansion Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position for Fire Protection Engineer. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in Fire Alarm & Fire Extinguisher service, testing and inspection. OTE 42K - 48K The Role: You will operate as a field service engineer and you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance and inspection of fire extinguishers and alarm systems in the Essex area. Duties will include; Fault find and repair fire extinguishers, alarm systems and emergency lighting. Replace failed and faulty devices. Replacing extinguishers and fire safety ancillary products, emergency signage etc. Upselling and cross selling of fire safely ancillary products. Scheduling your own works daily/weekly. Candidate: You will be an experienced Fire Extinguisher or Alarm engineer with at least three years experience. Applicants with experience of GENT, Morley and Advance alarm systems will be beneficial. This is superb opportunity for ongoing progression and training. BAFE certification desirable but not essential Must hold a UK Driving licence Max 6 points. The successful candidate will be an experienced Fire Extinguisher Engineer (BAFE Certified) preferably with Fire Alarm experience, however full training will be given on Fire Alarm systems. OTE 42K - 48K per annum Role: You will operate as a field service engineer and you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance and inspection of fire extinguishers and alarm systems in the East of England. Our client is a leading provider of fire protection services and due to their continued success Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Fire Alarm Engineer to undertake fire alarm and emergency lighting programming, servicing, testing, maintenance work in the West Midlands area. 40K Basic + Overtime + On Call+ Company Vehicle - OTE 48K - 55K Role: The Fire Alarm Engineer will operate as a field engineer and you will be responsible for programming, service and repair of fire alarms and emergency lighting in the West Midlands area. Duties will include; Programme controls, service and maintain fire alarm systems (both addressable and conventional) Service and maintain emergency lighting systems Work closely with the service team to communicate daily weekly work progress updates. Candidate: You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems preferably in the social housing sector. Applicants with FIA training/qualifications would be beneficial but not essential. You must have good knowledge and understanding of BS5839-1 fire alarm standards. You will also have excellent technical understanding of alarm protocols and software systems such as GENT, C-Tec, Morley, Protec, Kentec amongst others. Must hold a UK Driving licence Max 6 points. Role: The Fire Alarm Engineer will operate as a field service engineer and you will be responsible for commissioning, service and repair of fire alarm systems throughout the Midlands region. Duties will include; Commissioning alarm systems Planned and reactive maintenance of various fire alarm systems Carry out alarm system upgrades, panel swaps and replacements. Work closely with the service manager to communicate daily weekly work progress updates. Candidate: You will be an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer with excellent knowledge of fire detection and alarm systems. You will also have excellent technical understanding of alarm protocols and software systems such as GENT, C-Tec, Morley, Protec, Kentec amongst others. Must hold a UK Driving licence Max 6 points.
