Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a friendly and established property company based in Battersea, who are looking for a Property Manager to join their team. This is a varied role where you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, acting as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors. Duties will include: Managing a portfolio of residential properties Handling landlord and tenant enquiries Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors Obtaining quotes and following works through to completion Managing tenancy-related queries and resolving issues Keeping property records and systems up to date Providing excellent customer service throughout To be successful, you will have: Previous experience within property management, lettings or residential property Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload A proactive approach and confidence taking ownership of issues Good IT and administration skills A friendly and professional approach A great opportunity to join a small, friendly team and continue developing your career within property.
