We're looking for three Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our KierBAM team based in Plymouth - Devonport Royal Dockyard. We're seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a crucial role in managing all contractual and financial aspects of this significant construction project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile development in a secure environment, where your expertise will directly contribute to the successful delivery of vital infrastructure. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the KierBAM team, supporting them in delivering this important Royal Navy redevelopment project. Your day to day will include: Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets and financial reports whilst conducting cost planning and control throughout the project lifecycle Reviewing and negotiating contracts, subcontracts and variations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards Managing procurement processes, evaluating supplier bids and preparing interim and final payment applications Monitoring project progress, forecasting final costs and identifying potential financial risks Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers and contractors whilst mentoring junior team members What are we looking for?
